This course has encouraged me to look further for resources to understand how AI policies work. It is important for schools to have a written policy in place, not only to protect data and safeguard students, but how to optimise its benefits in students learning.

In my opinion, it is such a useful course to explore not only in the class but also in our environment.

Despite the title ("Creating an AI Policy ...") the course was more concerned with Data Privacy and Protection than AI.

This course provided a clear and practical introduction to how schools can approach the development of AI policies. I particularly appreciated the balance between legal compliance (covering data protection, safeguarding, and ethical use of AI) and practical application (how teachers, administrators, and students can responsibly use AI in real school settings).
